Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Kyrazo (“Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Kyrazo is a project of Kyrazo LLC. Kyrazo is a sales-led, dedicated webhook infrastructure service. It is not a self-serve product. By executing an Order Form or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If an Order Form or master service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Order Form or master service agreement controls.

1. Eligibility & Access

You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of an organization. Access is provisioned after a discovery process and an executed Order Form. We do not offer public self-registration.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of credentials we issue to your authorized users.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your workspace.

2. The Service

Kyrazo provides physically isolated webhook infrastructure dedicated to your organization:

• Professional: Dedicated compute, databases, and delivery workers on Spaceship virtual machines reserved exclusively for your deployment. Nothing is shared with other customers.
• Enterprise: Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) or private-cloud deployment, custom SLAs, and compliance controls as specified in your Order Form.

3. Orders, Fees & Billing

Commercial terms are set in your Order Form, not by self-serve checkout:

• Professional is billed at $499 per month on an annual contract.
• Enterprise is custom billed ($1,000–$5,000+ per month) under the Order Form.
• A one-time onboarding and security setup fee ($500–$1,500) applies to new dedicated deployments.
• Invoices are processed securely via Stripe unless your Order Form specifies another method.
• Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund Policy and your Order Form.

4. Provisioning

Discovery meetings are free and do not create a dedicated environment. We provision isolated compute, database, and delivery workers only after an executed Order Form and payment of the onboarding and security setup fee. There is no unpaid trial. Onboarding fees are non-refundable once provisioning starts. Annual fees are non-refundable after the paid term begins, except as described in the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Kyrazo to:

• Transmit illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass system limits or security measures.
• Distribute spam or facilitate strictly prohibited activities.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service for competitive purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of Service in accordance with your Order Form.

7. Term & Decommissioning

The Service continues for the term in your Order Form. On expiry or termination we will decommission your dedicated environment and delete or return Customer Data as described in the DPA and your Order Form.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyrazo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any unauthorized access to data beyond our standard security implementations. Direct liability, if any, is limited as stated in your Order Form.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Montana, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located within that jurisdiction.
