KyrazoRefund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to dedicated Kyrazo deployments contracted through an Order Form. Kyrazo is not a self-serve subscription. Where this policy conflicts with your Order Form, the Order Form controls.
1. No unpaid trial
A discovery meeting is free and does not provision servers. We only spin up isolated compute, database, and delivery workers after an executed Order Form and payment of the one-time onboarding and security setup fee ($500–$1,500). There is no free or unpaid trial of a dedicated environment.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel in accordance with the notice period and term in your Order Form by contacting us in writing. There is no in-product self-serve cancellation.
- Professional plans require an annual contract unless the Order Form states otherwise.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the contracted term.
- Access continues until the dedicated environment is decommissioned at term end.
3. Refunds
Fees are non-refundable once due under the Order Form. We do not provide refunds for:
- Annual contract fees after the paid term begins.
- The one-time onboarding and security setup fee ($500–$1,500) once provisioning has started.
- Unused time remaining on an active contract.
- Early termination before the contracted term ends.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges or billing errors. Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method via Stripe, unless your Order Form specifies another method.
5. Payment Processor
Invoices and any approved refunds are handled securely by Stripe unless otherwise stated in your Order Form. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
